Liability:

River To Rooftop Jewelry (RRJ) will not be held liable or responsible for any harm or accidental damage caused to people or property by its jewelry pieces and/or components. We are not liable for any loss or damage to jewelry, personal injury, or any other issues resulting from the uses or misuse of our jewelry. We do not take responsibility for damage that ensues from your actions.

Allergy Warnings:

Some people are allergic to the metals and finishes used in jewelry. It’s the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies they may have to metals. If you experience any skin irritation or discomfort while wearing our jewelry, discontinue use and seek medical advice if necessary.

Choking Hazard:

Some jewelry may contain small parts that can be choking hazards to children and other individuals likely to ingest the jewelry or its component parts. Keep jewelry out of their reach.

Small Magnet Warning Notice:

Small magnets pose a choking hazard and should never be swallowed or inserted into any part of the body. For safety purposes we include this warning to deter children from using/handling small magnets as they can be dangerous. Small magnets are considered a choking hazard and can result in death and should be treated as such. When confirming your order, you the customer become fully responsible for the safety of children, animals and anyone else to come into contact this these small parts.

Small Magnet Warning and Medical Devices: Magnet jewelry should not be worn by
individuals with pacemakers or medical devices.

RRJ products are not intended for use by children or sale to children.

Care Instructions:

Jewelry can be damaged by wearing it 24/7, swimming, bathing, or doing sports. It should never be worn in the shower or swimming unless specified. It’s also recommended to remove jewelry before going to bed and to store it in its original packaging.

Variations in Gemstones and Metals:

Natural gemstones and precious metals used in our jewelry may exhibit slight variations in color, texture, and pattern. Such variations are inherent to the beauty of these materials and do not constitute defects.

Chains and Clasps: 

Chains and clasps are designed to withstand normal wear and tear. However, they may weaken over time with continuous use. Inspect your chains and clasps periodically to prevent accidental loss.

Product Specifications/Nickel and Lead:

Product specifications provided are from the manufacturer and have not been independently verified by RRJ. Nickel and Lead compliance is stated as represented by supplier and has not been independently verified by RRJ. All products are not intended for use by children aged 12 and under.

Care and Maintenance:

Proper care is essential to maintain the appearance and longevity of your jewelry. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and excessive moisture. Clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth and gentle rubbing to remove oils, dirt, and residues.

Jewelry that tolerates moisture and is generally safe to wear in the shower will be clearly identified. Water safe/tolerant jewelry should be gently dried with a soft cloth immediately after exiting the water. Although we design water safe/tolerant jewelry, we do not advocate wearing your water safe jewelry swimming or during water activities due to the inherent risk of choking/strangulation.

Use and Responsibility: 

Our jewelry is intended for personal adornment. It is not suitable for industrial sports, or heavy manual labor activities. Be responsible and cautions while wearing jewelry in any situation.
