Refund policy

Return Policy: 

All items are refundable within 7 days. In the event you need to send something back, we will issue a replacement item if there is a description error or problem with craftsmanship. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping/handling costs. Prior to returning any times, you must contact me via email at rivertorooftop@gmail.com.

If your purchased item arrives broken or damaged, attach a photograph and save it until given additional steps are provided on the return process.
